IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE

The Chagrin Valley Hunt will be moving forward with the 2020/2021 Beagling season. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to put extra precautions in place to help keep everyone safe. We ask that you please review this important information prior to attending any activities with the Chagrin Valley Beagles.

In compliance with current local and statewide mandates along with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and other health authorities please be advised of the current expectations applicable to both guests and staff:

• As per current state mandate face coverings are required at all times while Indoors. Masks are also required outdoors IF you are unable to maintain six-foot social distance from those people who are not household members. If you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition, please kindly notify a staff member.

• Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have traveled out of state within the past 14 days.

• Please bring your own... beverage, lunch, chair, mask and hand sanitizer. We will continue to host post-hunt social. However, we need to ensure that social distancing is maintained and we will not be able to provide or share lunches at this time.

• Based on guidance from the United States Department of Agriculture we ask that you sanitize your hands and wear a facemask prior to interacting with the Beagles.

We will have a supply of disposable masks and hand sanitizer on available for those who are in need.

We all thrive on social interactions that have been greatly restricted due to the pandemic. We hope you can enjoy some sense of normalcy in spending time outdoors with friends. With these precautions in place we feel confident that we can have a great Beagling season and look forward to seeing your smiling eyes soon!
